Training Objectives of SATCOM

  • Enable them to take a deeper look at their own situations and struggles - to find some answers to their problems

  • Enable them to think proactively, in terms of small but significant actions they can take or facilitate others to take, in finding solutions to local governance issues.

  • To reach out to different geographies in the state with its knowledge building programs hence bridge the knowledge gaps in far- remote locations.

Training Approach at SATCOM

  • Approach grounded in the belief that - Gram Panchayat members come to the training program with significant pre-knowledge and experience.

  • Every participant in the training Program has infinite capacity to learn

Training methodology

  • Training programs are conducted through various methods including panel discussions, power point presentations, experts facilitating training on white boards etc.

  • Once the objectives are finalized the team of experts prepare the training content which is debated and validated. This is then further vetted and necessary approvals and a final version is arrived for conducting the training.
