Infrastructure
ANSSIRD's
campus commands over 6 acres of prime land in
a very picturesque setting marked by the Chamundi
Hills and Karanji Tank, and enhanced by the landscape
gardening. The environment is matched by best-in-class
infrastructure to make learning a truly joyful
experience on the campus.
1.
High-power SATCOM Centre set up in collaboration
with DECU (ISRO), Ahmedabad.
2. Computer Centre with 25 nodes on a LAN for
computer training as well as development of programme
materials.
3. Videoconferencing (ISDN) facility with scope
for linkage to the SATCOM Centre.

Two training halls(A/c) and a spacious conference
hall, with sophisticated audiovisual learning
aids.
5. Hostel with nicely configured rooms, hygienic
kitchen and comfortable dining space.
6. Health Centre, bank, post office, public telephone,
and transport facilities.
Computer
Centre
The IT infrastructure of the Institute consists
of more than 40 latest Pentium computers. The
Computer Lab with 25 computers is connected
through Local Area Network (LAN) and has internet
facility through BSNL - DIAS system. The computer
center is provided with Multimedia Projectors.
Library
The Institutes Library has a fairly good collection
of books, reference manuals, journals and periodicals
in the area of Social Science, Public Administration,
Management, Rural development, Financial, computer
and so on. It also receives annual reports from
National and State organizations. The Library
is in the Process of Computerization and the
70,000 plus books and periodicals details are
stored in computer. Manual indexing facility
is also available in addition to computer. A
reading room is also situated on the First Floor
of the Library Block.
Quarters
Residential Quarters facilities are provided
to some of the Officers and Supporting Staff.
Hostel
The Officers Hostel has 26 Rooms with double
bed accommodation with a Dining hall. All the
Rooms are provided with TV's.
